**Update**: The Team at the Keg reached out to me and I must say I had the most pleasant conversation with Management. They listened to my feedback, they were extremely receptive to my concerns and absolutely assured me this is not the standards acceptable for the Keg. I do hope to bump this u to 4-5 stars next go around. I’m super happy with the results and looking forward to giving it another go. Thank you for reaching out to me. It was very much appreciated. I’m sorry but what was put in front of me for $68.00 dollars was unbelievable to think it was acceptable. I’m not going to ramble on but look at how disgusting my plate is that was landed for me to be happy about a $70 steak!?!?! COME ON!!! What would you say if that gross plate landed in front of you?? How did this get my the chef, sous chef, waitress???? At least 3 people who don’t care.

Went there on my wife’s birthday and our server Sebastian was a star. His service was really good, everything was on time and he asked if everything was good many times. Food was delicious, highly recommend shrimp appetizer. When I mentioned to server that it was my wife’s birthday he said “I got you”. And he did! After the meal he brought us delicious dessert with birthday candle. That was really sweet. After the dinner we discovered extra charge for veggies that were supposed to be a side for the steak, but it didn’t ruin the overall experience.

Nut allergy very friendly: The manager actually came out to speak to me and deliver my food when I mentioned a nut allergy. Some of the breads are made in a bakery that has the risk of cross contamination, but I had no issues. Time to Drinks: 26 minutes from seating. 7 minutes from order Time to Food: 53 minutes from seating. 34 minutes from order We came in for the late night happy hour on a weekday evening and were seated with a party of 8 with no issues. Note that their kitchen actually closes at 10pm, so it's not really a 9-12 happy hour if you want food. I put different times on when we received things because of the strange lapse in service. We were greeted promptly, but upon mentioning that we wanted to order on the happy hour, our waitress basically ignored us for 20+ minutes. She also had a table of 15+ people celebrating birthdays so I guess she may have been busy, but she seemed angry that we just wanted the happy hour. So it took quite a long time to put in orders and get drinks. I ordered a slider and brussel sprouts, but tried several other friends' dishes. Prime Rib Slider (4.5/5): Great tender prime rib and a very tasty au jus. Love the presentation to be served with crispy onion. I'd order two if hungry. Brussel Sprouts (4/5): Some pieces were perfectly crispy and others were a bit soggier and others yet were somewhat burned, but overall the portions were good and it was a good side dish. Keg Burger (3.5/5): Pretty standard offering. Fries weren't crispy enough in my opinion. Prime Rib Sandwich (3.5/5): I think my slider had the better prime rib. Friend liked it still. Overall, the service was on the slower side but the staff was friendlier towards the end and the food was solid. Would come back if you have time to wait for a late night bite.

We had an 8:45 PM reservation and didn’t get our food until 10:15. Literally. All of us ordered steaks, and the only one that stood out was the rib eye—which also happened to be the most expensive item. Everything else was just… mid. We also ordered nachos early on, only to be told over an hour later that they didn’t have them. I’ve never had to wait this long for food at a restaurant. Honestly, I would’ve left a 2-star review, but our server was kind enough to offer two free desserts to make up for the mess, so I’ll give them credit for that. Unfortunately, the overall experience just wasn’t worth it. Can’t really recommend this location.

In Whistler Village. We were very happy with the service and the food quality. Everything we ordered (except the fried calamari) was tasty. The steaks were grilled to perfection, so tender and juicy.

I had an overall enjoyable experience. I started with the calamari, which, while tasty, was a bit too heavily battered for my liking. I prefer a lighter breading that allows the calamari to stay crunchy and tender. However, the New York steak was delicious—cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The sides, particularly the baked potato, were a bit disappointing in terms of portion size; a more generous serving would have been appreciated. On a positive note, the fresh bread with whipped butter served before the meal was a delightful touch and very much enjoyed.

A neat multi level resturant. Amazing young waiter, the service was really good. The food was fantastic. The cheese bread was hot flavorful goodness on the taste buds. The prime rib was medium rare to perfection with savory mashed potatoes and the chicken was soft with sides going well together. The entire meal experience was awesome. Would definitely go back to this location on future trips. Highly recommend !

Me and a group of friends went out to treat ourselves on a field trip - we went here after a performance and didn't place a reservation because the schedule was wonky. When we stopped in, they said the next available time was about 9 (~45 minutes away) so we thought about going to earls. As we were walking away, a server ran out and told us they had an availability. It was packed but we got appetizers pretty quick which allowed us to wait for our food. The food and service was fantastic. My friend who ordered a rather large medium rare steak had it too rare but we just had them cook it some more. Overall great way to end our night.
